Once summoned, Renji will start chasing down opponents, delivering
a quick, three-slash combo once he gets close enough.

He can attack in midair, too.

After a short while of being on the battlefield, Renji will unleash his ultimate attack:

Bankai: Hihiō Zabimaru!

In this form, Renji concentrates his spirit energy and the power
of his Zanpakutō Zabimaru to transform him into a massive version
of its Shikai form resembling a skeletal snake. The snake head
then quickly rushes forward, damaging any opponents in the way.

Look at that amazing range, too!

Promptly after using this move, Renji disappears.
